I;ve always been impressed by Bolo's phsyique but could never find any information on his training. In that regard, would any of you know what routines he did to get so big, particularly his chest and arms, thier massive. I know he trained as a bodybuilder, weightlifter and powerlifter, but i want to know more of the specifics of his training regime. It's rare for, me at least, to see someone so heavily involved in resistance training who simultaneously displays exceptional martial arts skills-conditioning, technique, flexibility; he has it all and he is still going strong.
